Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Credit / Debit Card and PayPal payments. You may make a payment over the Internet or call us with your card details. If you would like to make a payment by cheque please contact us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
UNITED KINGDOM

Post & packing to UK addresses is FREE. We send your orders by First Class Royal Mail or a suitable courier.

FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.

There will be an additional charge if you opt for your order to be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

We apply an additional charge to send item to these oversea locations. We simply ask you to cover the extra cost compared to sending the item to a UK address.

If you provide an incorrect address, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.

GENERAL

We endevour to dispatch your order on the date requested and will bake your order accordingly. We will strive to despatch orders the same day if they are received before 09:30 (Monday to Friday) although this is not always possible.

Any orders received after 09:30 Friday or over the weekend are generally not sent until Monday. This is to ensure your order is as fresh as possible when it is dispatched.
Tax Charges
Where appropriate, VAT is applied to the products on this site and is included within the prices shown.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, you may return it to us, at your expense, within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product you are not happy with we will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage.

If your returned order is damaged, not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, We reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.
