We know from experience that many of you get up early and wait for Mr Postie to deliver your chocolate hit . While we applaud your dedication, we have to remind you that a postperson is for life and not just for Cocoa Loco deliveries.
Here at Cocoa Towers we believe it is a basic fundamental human right for post people to be able to run free and not be harassed by early morning candy junkies. Therefore we feel we would be derelict in our duty if we did not provide you with the lowdown on when to expect your boxes of goodies. |
| Delivery Information
UNITED KINGDOM
We post orders between Monday to Friday (but not Bank Holidays).
Orders are sent First Class Royal Mail. Most will be delivered the next day (except Sundays and Bank Holidays), however this is not guaranteed. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date please choose a posting date at least two business days before your desired delivery date.
Has your postie got a sweet tooth? Are you worried about your goodies going astray? - On our gift options, we can offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery service for next day delivery by 1pm. A supplement applies and this service can be selected online as part of the ordering process.
Royal Mail Special Delivery applies to UK orders dispatched Monday - Thursday. Please note that dispatch & receipt can be impacted by Bank Holidays.
1st Class or Special Delivery orders - If there is no one there to receive your order, Royal Mail will leave notification detailing how to rearrange delivery, or where they can be collected.
Our standard prices include UK delivery by First Class Royal Mail.
OTHER WORLDWIDE LOCATIONS
Those overseas need chocolate love too. They may live in sunnier climes but their chocolate won’t be as nice and that’s official.
We have heeded the call from ex-pats and those overseas and we have updated our website to allow you to order online for deliveries to all of the countries in Europe, Canada, USA, Australia & New Zealand.
Orders are sent via Airmail and delivery times vary by Country.
If you would like an order sent to another country, just contact us and we will be happy to help.
We apply an additional charge to send item Internationally. We simply ask you to cover the extra cost compared to sending the item to a UK address.
